Craft skills, the passage of time and the beauty of a project without equal. The 1085 Edition chair by Bartoli Design is inspired by the almost centenary experience of Presot®, the only tannery in Italy that still works the skin with traditional methods. It is no coincidence that he is linked to some of the most important names in Italian high fashion. However, it also draws on nautical know-how, as it adopts the tie-rod mechanism to maintain the tension that would naturally be lost over the years and with the softening of the skin. It also reflects the passing of time, preserving the work of those who made it and those who use it day after day.
This beautiful object has the charm of a unique piece of furniture. The 1085 edition is available in the chair or living room version, in natural or black leather.
