The Matisse Relocation sale is as a result of the Relocation of the Matisse Auckland Showroom from 99 The Strand, Parnell to 130 St Georges Bay Road, Parnell and only applies to Relocation Sale stock as indicated and located in the 99 The Strand showroom and until stocks last.

Some Sale items are ex-showroom and consequently may be marked or damaged so please check the items carefully before purchase.  Please enquire if in doubt with regards to any particular item.  All Sale items are sold on an as is where is basis and cannot be returned for a refund, credit or exchange. 

Stock sets must be sold together as indicated, we cannot break up a set.

There may be some items which are not suitable to be shipped out of Auckland due to risk of damages if it is fragile e.g. glass/marble/out of its original packaging.

Delivery and installation is not included in the sale price. These will be quoted at point of sale and must be paid in full prior to uninstallation/delivery of the items.

Fixed in place assets such as Kitchens and Wardrobes include uninstallation fees but exclude delivery, packing/wrapping, off-site storage and reinstallation at site.  Quotes can be provided as required.

Fixed in place assets need to be uninstalled and removed from the showroom by an agreed upon date.

The sale price is final and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, sale, special pricing or discount, or subject to a designer/specifier fee arrangement.
