Ares Elliptical Dining Table - Grey Oak

Designed by Antonio Citterio for Maxalto, the Ares Elliptical Dining Table is a contemporary evolution of the original Ares collection. While retaining the table’s distinctive architectural identity, this updated version replaces the original rectangular top with an elegant elongated oval form.

The sculptural base features Ares’ signature X-shaped construction, formed by intersecting solid-wood profiles that convey both visual strength and structural solidity. Above, the softly curved tabletop introduces lighter, more fluid proportions while preserving the commanding presence of the original design.

Finished throughout in Grey Oak, the table’s subtle grain and muted tone bring warmth, depth and understated sophistication to contemporary dining interiors.
