In 2002 he founded his studio in Los Angeles; had his inaugural international exhibition in Milan; and secured his first consulting project for a Fortune 500 company. 

Grosser has become one of America’s top independent product designers. His studio balances design work for high level European design brands and creative consulting engagements for large corporations including Agape, Bentley Motors, Bernhardt Design, Coalesse, Disney, Ford Motor Company, Hyundai, Mdf Italia, Frighetto, Samsonite and Steelcase. Surface Magazine named him one of the “Top Avant-Garde Designers in America.”

Active in design education, Grosser is a faculty member of Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA. He has served as a judge in several design competitions including the Bombay Sapphire Designer Glass competition, the selection committee for the Salone Satellite in Milan and the Spark awards. He’s also lectured both domestically and internationally in cities such as Milan, Toronto and San Salvador.
