    Franzolini graduated from the University of Venice in 1979. His journey began early; in 1972, his glass artworks were showcased at the Venice Biennale's decorative arts section. This early recognition propelled him to establish his own atelier in 1978, focusing on architectural restoration and industrial design.

    In 1981, he founded his architectural studio in Udine, undertaking diverse projects ranging from large-scale architectural endeavors to product design. His work is characterized by a distinctive method and stylistic coherence.

    Throughout his career, Franzolini has collaborated with numerous prestigious companies in the furniture and lighting sectors, including Alias, Cappellini, De Padova, Foscarini, Knoll International, Moroso, and Pallucco.
