He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Florence and has since developed a diverse portfolio encompassing residential buildings, renovations, public housing projects, and landscape restoration. In addition to his architectural endeavors, Lo Jacono collaborates with various companies in the field of interior design and furniture creation.

One of his notable designs is the "Spazzola" bench, created for Riva 1920. This piece draws inspiration from the form of a hairbrush, featuring a solid cedar wood seat supported by anthracite-gray lacquered iron legs that mimic bristles. The bench is available in both natural and black-volcano finishes, showcasing Lo Jacono's ability to blend functionality with playful aesthetics.
