Arrital’s celebrated AK-Project shines in the Graham Street kitchen by the Matisse Design Team. Designed by Franco Driusso, AK-Project leads towards a new design objective where practicality and ergonomic aesthetics are priority.
Graham Street's tailormade design features Fenix central cabinetry units in a minimalist Nero Ingo black. This kitchen optimizes storage with unlimited attention to detail, including cutlery inserts, wooden drawer dividers, and knife holder inserts.
Matisse took into consideration the existing footprint of the property, including the whitewashed flooring. By raising the base units to float just above the floor, a light and modern impression is emphasized. Tapware by German brand Hansgrohe is fitted, meanwhile integrated appliances include Meile Oven, warmer drawer, flush mounted cooktop and dishwasher. A Fisher & Paykel freestanding French door refrigerator fits effortlessly into the surrounding cabinetry.
One of the more impressive elements of the space is the center island and back units, finished in Melaminico Supermatt Bianco a crisp clean look is achieved. Recessed handles decorate drawers and base units forming a discreet flat surface. The benchtops and backsplash are Porcelain Dekton Domoos, a versatile heat and scratch resistant material that is perfect for a busy entertaining space and all types of meal preparation. The island’s Gris Grey tone balances the vast use of white resulting in a cohesive visual. Under the base of the island, warm LED lighting illuminates the seating footwell, leaving plenty of space to comfortably sit.
