The two designers met during their master's studies at the Domus Academy in Milan in 1994: Camila had previously studied Fashion Design at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan, Harry Product Design at the Design Academy in Eindhoven.

The experimental use of materials and shapes characterizes their work, which has featured regularly in exhibitions in Europe, the U.S.A. and Japan since 1999. Harry and Camila live in Barcelona with their children. They made their debut at the Milano Salone in 1999, grabbing people's attention with avant-garde designs of textiles and carpets. They have also participated in the Advanced Car project at Mercedes Benz.

Even after moving from Milan to Barcelona in 1998, Harry & Camila continued to work closely with Italian manufacturers such as Kristalia, FontanaArte, and Alessi. The furniture of the BCN product family for Kristalia exemplifies the futuristic style of Harry & Camila, who as designers experiment with new materials and processes and borrow their elegant form language from space and aircraft construction.
