Low Lounger

When in 2006, BD Barcelona decided to bet on Jaime Hayon’s talent and successful Showtime Collection, he was still an emerging youngster with an artistic profile not so common at the time. He has refined this over the years. In 2009, after much success with the collection, BD introduced a new piece: Lounger armchair, followed by the Low Lounger.

The Low Lounger with a lower backrest, is specially thought for the contract market holding Hayon’s unmistakable hallmark.

Armchair with a cast aluminium tubular base structure and a powder coated finish. Seat and backrest in plywood with surfaces in walnut nature effect, natural ash, ash stained oak and ash stained black. Decorative metal buttons coated in the same finish as the structure. Armrests, seat and backrest upholstered in different fabrics and leathers provided by BD. Optional footstool (same as Lounger). Available in a four-leg or swivel base.
