An everyday object, an easily recognized shape from our collective memory, that is why it feels familiar, there is something of a resemblance. Mathilda is a modern design in the architectural sense, in the proportions between the whole and the detail. The concept is simple, perfect for its intended use: two trestles, which give solidity and affinity, hold the seat and act as a support for the backrest while also making the chairs stackable. Considered, careful intuition brings the design bang up-to-date to create a seating system which is coherent, practical and instantly recognizable. Covers are not removable. The chair is stackable up to 3.

Seat:Cat.Y A8884 Clay 600662 004 brown
