Graffeo went on to teach at the Italian school of design from 1997 to 2005, where she began to collaborate with Geeli and Rexa Design. Her role as creative director did not limit her to designer for many other companies in the furniture, office and design sector.

Eleonora Casrellarin joined Graffeo's studio in 2015 after obtaining a masters degree in product design at ECAL in Lausanne, later collaborating as a teaching and research assistant at the same university. 

"We like to touch all the aspects concerning a project, starting from the initial research and then going into the details of materials, technologies and technical solutions. In our opinion, a concept is best expressed when it is guided consistently in all phases of the design. We therefore often interface with the technical department of our customers and with their suppliers, but also with those who deal with the communication of the finished product, with the sale and set-up in the store. We believe that the profession of the designer must necessarily have a multidisciplinary vocation."
