New Arrival – Camaleonda modules and sofas have just arrived at our Auckland Showroom and Warehouse.
 
The Camaleonda sofa system, designed in 1970 by Mario Bellini and manufactured by B&B Italia, is made in Italy and has defined the aesthetics of an entire era of interior design.

The fundamental characteristic of the Camaleonda is its unlimited modularity, a geometric pattern that allows each element to become a sort of enormous pixel through which you define your home environment. By hooking and unhooking seats, backrests and armrests, you can enjoy the luxury of changing your mind as many times as you desire, moving and redesigning the space.

The original authenticity and comfort is retained and improved upon with padding that has been thoroughly updated by B&B Italia's Research & Development Centre. The magical balance between the rigorous geometry of the square and the welcoming roundness of the padding underlines the elasticity and tactile ergonomics that characterise many of Mario Bellini’s design projects.

Since the 70s the original Camaleonda has retained its style and has never gone out of date – original authentic design, while allowing for an infinite number of configurations, maintains its unique identity as a design classic and investment piece.
