  • Paolo De Lucchi was born in Padua in 1962 and graduated in architecture from the Polytechnic of Milan in 1989.

    In 1990 he exhibited “the interactive table” at the Palazzo dell'Arte (Milan Triennale) on the occasion of the exhibition “Il gioco delle parti”. Between 1989 and 1993 he collaborated with the studio “Sottsass Associati” working on various projects of an architectural nature (Yuko house, Bishofberger house, Twin dome City competition), interior design (managerial offices of Cementeria Merone, setting up of Uomomoda 1990 in Tokyo, Exhibition of African objects “Kings of Africa” in Maastricht) and industrial design (Seiko watches, Valli&Valli handle, armchairs for Zanotta).

    In 1994 he began collaborating with Michele De Lucchi's Studio, participating in the development of important architectural projects and personally managing the design of the new showroom for Olivetti in Ivrea, as well as the events related to the Olivetti Shareholders' Meeting and the workshops with Philips on the evolution of technology.

    On January 1, 1998, architect Paolo De Lucchi moved to Padua and opened "De Lucchi Workshop.com" in a small industrial warehouse, a design, consultancy and professional training company. In addition to his work as an architect, Paolo De Lucchi collaborates as a designer with various Italian companies in the lighting sector. Through these collaborations, he has developed a deep knowledge of new emerging technologies in the design and management of light in various application areas: from the residential world to the world of offices and shops.

    The architect holds training courses at universities, professional institutes and companies. His professional activity also develops in the lighting design of residential and commercial buildings, in the restoration phase, in offices and outdoor spaces. The architect has collaborated with important companies in the design of franchise stores, showrooms, flagships, stands and multi-brand stores for important Italian companies in the clothing, footwear and leather goods sectors.
