Envisioned in Tokyo in 1953 by Charlotte Perriand and still remarkably relevant today, this modular system can be used as a low coffee table, bench, or – with cushions – as a sofa.
The cushions can be attached to the frame and fixed to it by means of a simple fitting system. They can be positioned freely on any part of the surface; this therefore allows the surface to be used, in the required sizes, as either seating base or top.
Technical Information: h2
Frame: Natural or dark stained oak
Surface: Composed of nineteen laths; there are two support legs, or three (in the version 233 cm)
Cushions armrest & seat: Polyurethane and polyester wadding.
