He further specialized in Industrial Design at the Kunstuniversität Linz, spending part of his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Guangzhou, China. Stefan refined his focus for material aesthetics during his studies and developed them further with stints at Bene AG and Formquadrat, where he managed countless industrial design projects for brands and businesses. From 2012 to 2016, Stefan worked as Product Designer for TEAM 7, designing home furniture and fair experiences.

He currently lives and works on a farm in a town of Waldviertel, Lower Austria. Since 2016, Stefan has managed the brand and creative vision of Austrian furniture company, Walden. He is also the co-founder of JOSEPH ORGANIC, a premium spirits distillery founded in 2018.
