Ceramic art bought to light. Philippe Starck brings a centuries-old product to the world of illumination. Valor.s is the table lamp and applique designed by Philippe Starck as a tribute to Vallauris, a tiny village on the French Riviera where, after World War II, Pablo Picasso and many other artists took up residence to reveal to the world the beauty of enameled ceramics.

Starck interprets that period with his own personal approach to the malleable material used by great artists and painted by hand. The table lamp and applique are characterized by their smooth, organic shape and lively colours that include ivory white, orange, green, gold and silver.
