Cristina Croce is an Italian designer renowned for her contributions to industrial and product design. Born in Rome, she graduated in Industrial Design from Rome's ISIA. In 1995, she co-founded the 21st Century Design studio with Tommaso Ragnisco, focusing on interactive teaching exhibits for museums, installations, special effects, and scenography for films and television. Their collaboration with the Italian lighting company Slamp led to the creation of notable collections, including Sun-Ra and Gemmy, the latter designed alongside Manuel Wijffels.

In 2004, the studio evolved into 21 Lab, continuing its innovative design endeavors. Beyond her design practice, Croce has imparted her knowledge as an architecture instructor at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Rome. In 2016, she established Cri 21 srls, a company specializing in graphic design and other creative services. Her work is characterized by a blend of artistic creativity and functional design, contributing significantly to contemporary Italian design.
