Sinuous elegance. A small armchair that conveys warmth and comfort through carefully curated fine craftsmanship details. In this creation by Antonio Citterio, a tubular steel base opens up into a slender, sophisticated structure upon which the fabric-upholstered padded shell rests, as if floating on air. Leather upholstery with hand-stitched legs and armrests makes this creation a perfect example of Cassina’s attention to detail.

The backrest, folded back onto the structure, produces an additional, more casual seating element, while the exposed screws on the legs, distinctive trait of the Esosoft family, allow for easy disassembly of the base. Esosoft was developed with a keen eye to sustainability, employing circular materials, like polyurethane with a percentage of polyols derived from biological sources, and recycled PET wadding in the padding, while the base can be completely disassembled.
