Gabriele and Oscar Buratti design the Hug armchair for Frigerio with a minimal but incisive aesthetic: ironic and recognisable, the armchair embraces and envelops thanks to the characteristic structure composed of backrest and armrest which frame the seat creating continuity between each element. Hug is a textile or leather dining armchair that reinterprets a classic seat, the "cockpit" armchair, in a contemporary key. The armrests of the Hug dining armchair, which descend from the seat and the particular downward curve of the backrest, are an element outside the lines that is identified in the welcoming shapes and strong character.
