With a Greek-like classicism, the table’s column connects the monumental marble base, matte in its contemporary version, to a tabletop available in dark stained walnut, black ash, lacquered and in the new version in cast glass, creating a striking exchange between colours and elements.
The tops are available in the finishes:
_ gloss lacquered in the colours black, white, SW white, linen, sand, clay, burgundy, pink, dark green, mustard yellow, brick red and navy blue.
_ essence, special inlaid and brushed open grain veneer, in black ash and dark stained walnut.
_ cast glass, extra clear glass plate hot molded with smooth and glossy upper side, wrinkled (for casting) and semi transparent back-lacquered lower side, in the colours black, mustard yellow, English green, pink.
The glass tabletops are fixed to the base by a burnished stainless steel disk, which is visible in transparency as distinctive feature.
Matt marble base: Carrara Statuario white, Marquinia black, Levanto red and Alpi green finish, a chromatic variety that reveals a typically Italian tradition.
Stand: epoxy powder-coated steel in black matt finish.
With a daring approach to materials, the Menhir low table becomes a composition of colours and textures that eloquently illustrates the sculptural simplicity of Lodovico Acerbis and Giotto Stoppino’s inventions of new forms.
