A versatile and playful mirror. One of BD's most iconic and prevailing designs.
The Mirallmar Mirror was launched at The Casa Barcelona during the Barcelona Olympic Games in 1992. The modular form runs along a zig-zagging spine that can be modelled in unique configurations. Seven squared mirrors can be placed across the spine in different combinations, and one of the mirrors is concave, adding an element of distorted deconstruction. “Intentionally, a part of this spine is left exposed to view in order to give a few clues as to the laws governing its construction.”

BD Barcelona Design is the Spanish company with the highest international prestige in design. What, in its foundation in 1972 was an expression of almost insolent rebellion by a group of young, unsatisfied architects, soon became a productive philosophy with a mission to break moulds, even commercial ones.
