Predrali prides itself on beauty, tradition and innovation, Pedrali is an Italian company that produces contemporary chairs, tables, furnishings and lamps for contract and residential.
The collection is the result of a careful and accurate research aimed to create functional and versatile industrial design products made of metal, plastic materials, wood as well as upholstery. The furniture is exclusively manufactured in Italy through a design process which combines tradition and innovation, engineering excellence and creative brilliance. This “100% Made in Italy” philosophy becomes real through the internal production in the headquarters of Mornico al Serio, where the automated warehouse, designed by architect Cino Zucchi, is based. Also, in the the wood division in Manzano.
Pedrali collaborates with numerous Italian and international designers who fully embrace its philosophy, enriching it with their precious contributions and allowing it to obtain important awards such as the 2011 Adi Compasso D’oro for the Frida chair.
In 1963, Mario Pedrali founded a small workshop in the town of Palazzolo Sull'Oglio, in the province of Brescia, where he began to produce his first outdoor collections of wrought iron seats. From the seventies onwards, the company began working with Italian and foreign architects and designers, specializing ever more in industrial production targeting the contract furniture sector. Today, under the leadership of his children Monica and Giuseppe, the company employs as many as 300 collaborators.
Pedrali is an industry 4.0 company whose factories are equipped with interconnected machinery. Every year, a significant part of the company’s turnover is invested in innovation, technology and the plants, as well as digitized production. Everything within the company has been designed to be sustainable and to contribute to improving production through extensive quality checks throughout the production process, the selection of first-rate materials, an absolute passion for the most advanced machinery, the conscious pursuit of Italian technologies and raw materials and the meticulous planning of every phase typical of craftsmen.
Recently, the company has launched its first “recycled grey” collections made from 100% recycled plastic: 50% from plastic material post-consumer waste and 50% from plastic material industrial waste.
finally, measuring its corporate carbon footprint, it obtained the UNI EN ISO 14064-1:2019 certification.
